Battling big fish with just a rod and reel, feeling the line rubbing between your fingers, can be more than just an experience, it can be something special and unforgettable.

Today we propose a unique day with experienced fisherman Tino García on an excursion into the warm waters of the Atlantic.

Tino García is an experienced sports fisherman who has been working as such since 1969 in Lanzarote, his place of residence. Winner of different deep sea fishing competitions and a long life dedicated to the sea, he is the best option to make a day of fishing under his guidance an unforgettable day.

Skipper of the MIZU, one of the best equipped boats on the islands for deep sea fishing, with an aluminium hull and powered by two powerful Caterpillar 2x320 Hp. engines, he will take us to the best areas in search of our prey.

From this boat and by the hand of Tino, the biggest Marlin of the archipelago was caught, as well as an Amberjack weighing more than 130 pounds.

To catch these specimens you can experience different types of fishing, ranging from trolling to bottom fishing, all with fishing equipment included.

Don't worry if you are a protector of wildlife, as after the catch the fish are thrown back into the sea, putting the life cycle back on course.

Prices for this tour vary depending on what you prefer to experience:

You can put yourself in the driver's seat and try to catch some big fish or just come along as a spectator to watch Tino and his team perform their favourite sport. If you want to fish, the price is 95 euros, while to just admire the spectacle the price is 85 euros.

In addition, the excursion includes transport, lunch and drinks, making it one of the most complete sea fishing trips in Lanzarote.

The excursion departs from Puerto Calero, a small fishing village south of the capital of Lanzarote. From there you will head out to the open sea, where the real fight between man and fish begins and ends when the fish is in your hands.
