Description
You combine dolphin and whale watching off southern Gran Canaria with a long stop in Puerto de Mogán, with time to wander the village and the weekly market. You travel by catamaran; sightings are not guaranteed, though the operator regularly searches this area.
The outing lasts about 5 hours: roughly 2 hours at sea and about 3 hours ashore. From Mogán the return is usually by bus around 14:30. Departures are on Fridays; the operator base is Puerto Rico Base.
Hotel pickup on the south coast (Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and other points) is included. If you choose it, arrive 15 minutes before the pickup time. Respect wildlife: do not disturb the animals, and any approach is with dolphins only. The trip may be postponed in bad weather.
