Whale watching from Valle Gran Rey
Whale watching by boat from Valle Gran Rey. A 3–4 hour trip in small groups.
Description
Oceano Whale Watching leaves Puerto de Vueltas (Valle Gran Rey) to look for wild dolphins and whales, with a gentle, respectful approach.
Every trip is different: the crew works in small groups and aims for close encounters. You may also see seabirds, turtles or, if conditions allow, a swim stop in a quiet bay.
Typical length is 3–4 hours. Arrive 10 minutes early at the inner mole of the old Vueltas harbour; if you don’t spot the boat straight away, walk the whole mole.
Bring a hat, jacket, sunscreen and water. A minimum of 7 people is needed for the departure to go ahead.
