The route begins at Las Coloradas beach, where you will be told everything we are going to see on the tour as well as a brief explanation about how to drive a kayak and the safety regulations in this regard

During the route we will visit the best corners of Papagayo seeing the cliffs, caves and different virgin beaches located along the route where we will make stops to snorkel and have an aperitif

The first stop will be at the best known beach in Lanzarote, Papagayo beach, which is surrounded by crystal clear waters where we will eat something, bathe and snorkel in order to observe and enjoy the marine fauna

After completing this stop, we will continue our journey toward the tip of Papagayo, visiting some of the cliffs of Lanzarote, and, if the tide permits, we will explore an underwater cave aboard our kayak.

During the tour, we will explain the eruptions that shaped the volcanic landscape, the conquest of the Canary Islands, the pirate raids, and the biological significance of the Biosphere Reserve.

Once the service or activity has been contracted, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contracted activity at any time prior to departure. However, if such withdrawal occurs within 15 days prior to the departure of the trip, the customer shall reimburse the management fees and pay a cancellation penalty based on the number of days remaining until departure, which shall be as follows:
5% of the total price of the trip if it occurs more than 10 and less than 15 days in advance
15% of the total price of the trip, if it occurs between 10 and 3 days in advance
25% of the price of the trip, if produced within 48 hours prior to departure
The consumer shall not be required to pay any penalty fee if the withdrawal is due to force majeure.
In this case, such grounds must be duly substantiated with official medical documents and/or certificates, as well as any other documents or certificates that may be required.
The withdrawal produces effects from the moment the client's will to desist reaches the organizer's knowledge
Knowing the withdrawal, the amounts paid will be returned to the client within a maximum period of one month, deducting the management expenses and the corresponding penalties
If the activity is canceled for any reason not attributable to the consumer, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the reservation made.

LACK OF PRESENTATION AT THE DEPARTURE: A lack of presentation at the departure will occur if the customer does not communicate their intention not to undertake the journey and fails to appear at the prescribed time and place for departure. In such a case, the customer forfeits the right to a refund of the amounts already paid and remains obligated to settle any outstanding payments.
LACK OF PRESENTATION TO THE OUTPUT: However, if the lack of presentation takes place due to force majeure and it is proven reliably, the consumer will have the right to have the quantities delivered back
DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE OR failure to provide services: Should the client, during the course of the activity, discover any defect or the failure to provide any of the contracted services, the organizing company shall have at its disposal the relevant complaint forms.
