Description
A private route to Tenerife’s central ridge: from around 1,000 m you’ll see shifting landscapes, Canarian pine forest, and on many days a sea of clouds under the trade winds. Higher up, volcanic scenery leads into Teide National Park and its 3,715 m stratovolcano.
Descending young lava fields you may spot neighbouring islands. To the southwest, the Teno massif rises among tabaiba and cardón, with steep terrain and striking geology.
The price includes a Spanish-speaking official guide, Mercedes EQV electric transport, hotel pick-up and drop-off (north or south Tenerife) or Santa Cruz port, plus accident, rescue and liability insurance. Meals and paid attraction tickets are not included.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a warm layer and sun protection; mountain microclimates change quickly.
