At Finca Ecológica Lomo del Balo (Guía de Isora) you walk three circular-economy stops: organic farming (Canary banana and other crops), sustainable livestock (cattle and Canarian Pelibuey sheep—you can feed the animals) and the composting plant, where organic waste becomes a resource again.

Tours run in Spanish and English. After the walk there is a tasting area and shop with farm products; the operator also highlights tasting organic banana.
