Canyoning of about 4 hours in Los Cernícalos: hiking, 4 abseils (up to 12 m), waterfalls and laurel-forest scenery. From age 12. Available year-round per the operator.
Description
An aquatic descent with waterfalls: ~20 min walk to the laurel forest, then over two hours in the stream with 4 abseils (longest ~12 m). Afterwards you hike back up with a snack stop.
No prior experience; a low fear of heights helps. Includes guide, insurance, harness, helmet, wetsuit, snack and photos. You’ll learn to abseil with a safety rope.
Bring a swimsuit, 0.5 L of water, grippy hiking/sports shoes (they get wet), dry shoes and a towel in the car. Hair tie if you have long hair.
