Description
The visit
Loro Parque is in Puerto de la Cruz and opens every day from 09:30 to 17:30. Allow about 8 hours if you want the parrot, dolphin, sea lion and orca presentations.
Orcas are at 11:55 and 15:15. Dolphins at 11:00, 13:00 and 16:15. The park can change the times: check them when you arrive.
Prices
A day ticket is €44 from age 12 and €32 for ages 3 to 11. Under 3s are free. Canary Islands residents pay €22 and €16.
You pay that price here. It is not an instant code: once the payment is in, we issue the ticket and email it to you. The QR on your phone is enough.
Cancellation
It cannot be cancelled. From the day we issue it, the ticket is valid for one year. The day you choose is for capacity, not the expiry date.
